Q: What is expected of a Beta Test Participant?

A: The Beta Test Participant should use FORCE ACCOUNTING™ and give feedback to CrossWind Technologies.
- Q: What is the cost to the Beta Test Participants?

A: None. Beta test software and support are provided free of charge. Additionally, at the conclusion of the Beta Test, if Beta Test Participants choose to purchase FORCE ACCOUNTING™ , they will get a blanket 50% discount on all product purchased within the first year and 100% discount on support for one year.

Q: What is the expected duration of the Beta Test?

A: The Beta Test should take 90 days to complete.

Q: What is the responsibility of CrossWind Technologies to its Beta Test participants?

A: CrossWind will install all necessary software and provide all technical and customer support. Beta test participation will be kept strictly confidential by CrossWind unless otherwise directed, in writing, by the Beta Test Participant.

Q: How will our data be managed?

A: All Beta Test Participants data will stay within their organization. In the event the Beta Test Participant chooses to share any data with CrossWind, this data will be protected by the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement within the Beta Agreement.

Q: What is the software setup?

A: FORCE ACCOUNTING™ comes packaged with specific desktop software for Officers, Supervisors and Administrators. All desktop software is connected to a Central Server running on PostgresSQL database (the PostgresSQL database is included). For more product requirement info, please see the FORCE ACCOUNTING™ datasheet.

Q: How many users can FORCE ACCOUNTING™ support?

A: FORCE ACCOUNTING™ includes a PostgresSQL database that will support up to 500 networked users. Support for Microsoft SQL Server will be included in the next release and will accommodate 2,000+ networked users.
