See everything that is going on at a glance with the Active Incidents table. All users, including dispatchers, can quickly tell who is dispatched to an incident, what they are doing, where they are doing it and when anything happened.
In the Available Officers table, users can also see which officers are available to be dispatched, where they are and what skills they possess.
All incident data are laid out in an easy-to-navigate screen. Users have a complete, up-to-the-minute view of everything that is going on and can update all aspects of the incident as information becomes available. They can see the entire disposition of an incident at a glance, from initial call to prosecution disposition.
All fields for incidents, people, property and tickets can be searched for. Search results allow the user to drill down into and optionally update the the item for which they searched.

Find out all dispatch log events for any incident and use the Audit Log to see who took what actions in VALCOUR for any incident, person, etc.
