Maintenance/Upgrades

CrossWind's development and testing technologies enable the rapid development and on-site deployment of new features, bug fixes and product enhancments. New agencies are entitled to 1-3 years of free support and maintenance, depending on the purchase plan that they choose.

  Maintenance Upgrades

  Agencies are entitled to receipt of new minor releases of Software for the term of the Support and Maintenance Plan. New minor releases are defined as a new release of the Software designated by CrossWind with a change in the version number digits to the right of the decimal point.
