The Synchronize solution is a complete mix and match calendaring solution ideal for large-scale deployment or organizations that require support on multiple platforms for their calendar servers and/or web servers. The end user has calendar access available through cross-platform native desktop client software for UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows desktops. Printed user guides and on-line or electronic documentation is included with various clients.

The Synchronize demo allows you to try a fully-functioning version of our enterprise-wide scheduling, task and resource management tool in your own environment. You'll receive a 50-user license good for 1-2 month's unlimited use and one set of documentation.

You can deploy Synchronize to run in native client/server mode, and/or in Intranet mode with CyberScheduler (see below) for full scheduling functionality through a Web browser.

Cyberscheduler  is the ideal workgroup calendaring solution for deployment on a web server. Cyberscheduler provides a web front-end for the Synchronize calendar server, enabling end users to access their calendar through any familiar desktop browser. Documentation is provided in on-line or electronic format only.

The Synchronize/Cyberscheduler component requires three pieces of software to be operational: web server software, the CrossWind Calendar server software and the Cyberscheduler software. If you do not currently have web server software, please go to the home page of the Apache HTTP Server Project. This site includes a free, public domain HTTP server for UNIX/Linux and Windows.. The Apache server has been the most popular Web server on the Internet since April of 1996. Cyberscheduler Installation instructions can be found in the Cyberscheduler Installation Guide.

You will need to obtain a demonstration license and a password from us to download and install your copy of Synchronize (and Cyberscheduler). Please contact us in one of the following ways: and include the following information:
