Anyone with permission to view a group to-do can see to whom it was delegated and when or if those users have completed it.
To see more information about a to-do that appears in your calendar:
- Click once on the to-do in the Day-at-a-Time to select it.
- From the View menu, choose Get Info. Synchronize displays information about the selected to-do in the Information dialog box.
Another way to get information about a to-do is to double-click on the to-do to diaplay it in the to-do editor. The information includes the title of the to-do, users to whom it was delegated, the start date, the deadline (if no deadline was assigned, the Clear button is pressed) and a list of completion dates-- the dates each user marked the to-do as done. The originator's name appears in boldface.
When the to-do editor is displayed, the choices in the Status list are:
All All Synchronize users in the selected database and group. This is the default.
Delegated Users to whom the to-do was assigned
Complete Users who marked the to-do as done by clicking in the box next to the to-do. A Y also appears next to their name in the user list.
Incomplete Users who have not marked the to-do as done.
Seen Users who have acknowledged seeing the to-do by clicking on the to-do.
Oblivious Users who have not acknowledged seeing the to-do.
Matched Users who match selectd attributes.
