Get Information About a To-Do

Anyone with permission to view a group to-do can see to whom it was delegated and when or if those users have completed it.

To see more information about a to-do that appears in your calendar:

  1. Click once on the to-do in the Day-at-a-Time to select it.
  2. From the View menu, choose Get Info. Synchronize displays information about the selected to-do in the Information dialog box.

Another way to get information about a to-do is to double-click on the to-do to diaplay it in the to-do editor. The information includes the title of the to-do, users to whom it was delegated, the start date, the deadline (if no deadline was assigned, the Clear button is pressed) and a list of completion dates-- the dates each user marked the to-do as done. The originator's name appears in boldface.
When the to-do editor is displayed, the choices in the Status list are:

All   All Synchronize users in the selected database and group. This is the default.

Delegated   Users to whom the to-do was assigned

Complete   Users who marked the to-do as done by clicking in the box next to the to-do. A Y also appears next to their name in the user list.

Incomplete   Users who have not marked the to-do as done.

Seen   Users who have acknowledged seeing the to-do by clicking on the to-do.

Oblivious   Users who have not acknowledged seeing the to-do.

Matched   Users who match selectd attributes.
