If you create a non-recurring calendar item with a popup note and later make the item recurring, the popup note is attached to all occurrences of the item.

If you add a popup note to an existing recurring calendar item in the item's editor, Synchronize displays three additional choices in a dialog box:

• Click Just this once to add the note to this occurence only.
• Click All recurring to add the note to all occurences.
• Click Future recurring only to add the note to all occurrences from this date forward.

If you add a popup note to an existing recurring calendar item in Day-at-a-Time, Synchronize adds the note to this instance of the recurring calendar item only.
