Set an Alarm for Event Notification

You may set an alarm to remind yourself about an event that appears in your Day-at a Time. When the alarm goes off, a message in an Event Notification dialog box tells you the current date and time, the event title and how soon the event starts. The message appears at preset intervals and each message remains on your screen until you click OK or press Enter to close the dialog box. You may also set a default alarm so that Synchronize will send you an event notification for all events you are invited to, except those to which you respond no or uninterested. By default, an alarm notification is accompanied by an audible beep. You may configure Synchronize to disable this beep.
