Find Calendar Items


You may search for calendar items within a range of dates. The search may be by title or by category. Synchronize displays a list of the found items including the date on which they appear in your calendar, and the total number of items found. This search feature allows you to locate single calendar items or multiple related items.

1. From the Options menu, choose Find. Synchronize displays the Find Dialog box.

2. Click Title or Category to specify that you want to search by item or by the assigned category.

3. Type the item's title or the name of the category. You don't need to consider case. If you don't remember the entire name, type the part you know. Synchronize will search partial names.

4. Click Events, To-dos or Reminders to search the selected item type.

5. Set a date range for the search by highlighting the month, day or year in the Start and End fields and then moving forward or backward with the top up or down arrow.

6. Click the Find button to initiate the search. Synchronize lists all found items in the box on the right and the total number of entries found. All found items include the date the item appears in your calendar.

7. To display one of the found items in its respective editor, double-click on the item in the list.
