Valcour RMS is a comprehensive, cloud-based records platform that manages incidents from the first call through final resolution. It supports arrests, citations, warrants, accidents, and use-of-force while combining reports, photos, video, and interviews into a single, searchable case file. Features include automatically validated NIBRS Reporting, Property tracking, Scanner support and a Report Builder for custom reports.Real-time search and analytics provide actionable insights. A consistent, collapsible timeline view presents incident stages in sequence, while supervisor queues and user queues streamline review workflow. Role-based access controls ensure appropriate visibility, and audit logs track every action for accountability. CJIS-compliant multi-factor authentication via Valcour SoftToken safeguards sensitive data. By enabling paperless operation, intuitive navigation, and mobile access, Valcour RMS increases productivity both in the field and in the office.
Valcour CAD provides dispatchers with a unified, real-time operating picture that can span multiple agencies and PSAPs. The ability to add or remove dispatched-to agencies is can be done at any time at the agency level without charge. Valcour CAD also supports flexible options for every agency, such as traditional dispatch, self-dispatch, silent dispatch, and shared dispatch, ensuring operations continue smoothly in multi-jurisdictional settings. Dispatchers have the choice of a Command Line Interface as well as a graphical user interface. The Calls for Service (CFS) feature allows multiple incidents to be created and managed from a single call, reducing clicks and improving coordination. Run Cards standardize responses tied to call types and integrate directly into dispatch workflows. Integrated Google® mapping delivers live unit tracking, incident clustering, GPS accuracy indicators, and improved readability of positions. Narrative enhancements add segment-based editing with edit locking and user notifications, enabling multiple staff to work on the same call without conflict.
The Public Safety Dashboard Portal provides agencies a platform to automatically report and display up-to-date agency-selected data to the public. This can fulfill public crime data requests (e.g., heat maps) and provide automated agency performance updates to all stakeholders from the public individuals, to media, to budget review boards.
The Public Safety On-Line Reporting Portal allow citizens to make most routine reports electronically. Reports are processed and managed according to agency workflow. The Report Templates enable agencies to create the specific forms they require to replace their paper forms. Status response emails can be sent automatically to the citizen reporter.
Using integrated Google mapping, Valcour AVL/AOL. locates personnel and equipment in real time. This module tracks the officer's agency-approved cell phone starting when an officer starts the shift, at end of their shift Valcour automatically turns off AVL/AOL
Chat allows you to securely share sensitive information about Calls for Service. Agency can set regular expiration for Chat communication records for a predetermined amount of time. Different chat channel groups can be created.
Reporting is very resource-intensive for agencies, especially their Records and Command Staff. Valcour Core already includes a Custom Report Builder that will gather any up-to-date searchable data in Valcour for any time period and create a report that is sharable via.PDF. However, the number, distribution and multiple reporting period and deadlines was an issue for larger agencies asking for a "set it and forget it" option for regular reporting. To address this, Valcour Schedule Reports offers the ability to automatically generate an up-to-date Custom Report on any schedule and send that Report to any email list at any time, dates or intervals desired.
Allows agencies to track the application of force used by their officers within an incident as well as to report out on Use of Force. This information is commonly used for Officer Training feedback and development as well as for transparency reporting.
This module offers the ability for an agency to create and track the violations--and any associated penalty amounts--they are tasked to enforce, The module also the ability to print warnings and parking violations.
Designed for sworn departments who are are tasked with the enforcement of motor vehicle violations and need to issue/print both warnings and e-citations in the field.
As a cloud-native solution, the entire Valcour Cloud solution is mobile. However when officers who worked in remote or mountainous areas shared their operational experience with poor cell signals while on the road, we created the Valcour Field Officer Mobile solution that provides them both off-line and on-line connectivity.
