Valcour CAD/RMS™ interfaces to the Xerox Firehouse RMS for Fire Departments

(Los Gatos, CA 04/15/2014 –CrossWind Technologies today announced an interface to the Firehouse RMS. Incidents for Fire and EMS services are automatically routed from Valcour to records in the Firehouse RMS so that data from the calls are automatically entered in Firehouse, saving the responders time and reducing the chances of error entry in Firehouse.
